Our cancellation policy is as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.<\/li><li>Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>No Shows:<\/strong>\u00a0Failure to arrive at the camp on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your reservation, and no refunds will be provided.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Refunds Process<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><p><strong>Refund Request:<\/strong>\u00a0To request a refund, please contact our reservations team at +918971574704 .
